meiyotora asked:
I'm designing my personal japanese tattoo, and I have some of the symbols I want such as a shishi for loyalty, crane for family members, and water for power. Is there a site for other symbols like honor? Also does anyone know the significance of the placement of japanese tattoos on the physique such as great on the correct bad on the left.

I agree with Dennis. Get a book or go to a shop. Check around shops in your area for someone who’s actually studied Japanese tattoing. That would be the best source if you are lucky enough to find someone.
