A tattoo / piercing can be a good combination. I have a hand grenade around my right ****** with a ****** piercing as the pull pin. It makes for some great double takes when I go to the Jersey Shore.

You best bet would be to talk to a tattoo artist about what you are wanting to do and have something drawn up for you. It’s a good way to ensure that your tattoo is original so you aren’t walking around with the same thing as a million other people. Be careful with the surface piercing though. Even done correctly there is a good chance of the piercing rejecting or migrating. The scar tissue from that could permanently damage the tattoo. I hope it turns out wonderful… it’s a great idea.
