Existence Coaching and Accountability

Once again I have to say how extremely grateful I am to my clients, they're simply the best.

A couple of months back I realized that every and 1 of my holistic life coaching clients was an athlete to 1 diploma or an additional. Hmmm, the odds of that appeared a bit extreme but there you have it. The response didn't shock me at all, but it did completely warm my heart. Each and 1 of my amazing coaching clients enthusiastically agreed to hold me feet to the fire. Okay, they had been kinder than that, but I needed to know that I was heading to be asked about this procedure and how I was handling it.

This accountability has been extremely essential to me. One particular morning I awoke previously than regular, around 3 am. Polished off a pot of coffee, did a bit of function and acquired extremely comfy in my chair. It was rainy outside and generally yucky. It most definitely felt like a great morning to spend curled up in my chair, drink much more coffee and study a guide till it was time for my first client meeting. I realized I would not be judged for deciding to remain at house, but I also know that I would be supported and cheered if I really tied up my sneakers and did the function. Needless to say, that accountability did its task. I have fantastic attendance and know I'll finish the program. In fact, I've signed up for an additional boot camp when this 1 is completed. My clients are already helping me to set new goals.
