Query by L-train: If I wanted to do hairwraps and henna tattoos for kids birthday occasions would i require a licence to do so?
I have been performing Henna and Hair wrapping for many years on the baordwalks and parks. now that i reside farther absent from these locations i wanna try and make some additional cash at occasions. i know that it is illegal to HAIR BRAID in some states and I have not been in a position to uncover any guidelines on hair ornanmentation in NJ.
I have been performing henna and hairwraps for many years at boardwalks/ amusement parks and so on...If I wanted to do them for additional cash on my personal do I require a permit, insurance protection..something?

no just the parents permission henna is essentially just ink that doesnt wash off correct absent it just kinda stains the skin for a little whilst but u might want to communicate with the other kids parents prior to u do this they might not be so open minded

as far as i know you probably would be fine. i dont live in NJ but in Ohio i know you can do hair braiding and henna tattooing at proms, parties etc w/o having a liscense. so you should be fine but try calling someone in the state government and see if there are any regulations or by laws you need to worry about. it may be as simple as a permit you never know.
