for me, best post rock band is sigur ros (try songs untitled 1, untitled 3, hoppipolla, olsen olsen.. ). and you should also check out god is an astronaut (hragile, all is violent all is bright.. )
I listen to Explosions in the Sky all night and it helps me recall my dreams so i could have vivid lucid dreams
