my boyfriend has been raising his sons for the previous 6 numerous many years with out any assist from the children mother. no monetary assist or emotional assist. she doesn't reside near us and only sees her children like twice a yr. but she is using the children social safety to get meals stamps,. cash help and area 8 for herself and her other children from another man. we recently attempted to use for meals stamps but had been denied because she's claiming them. we had been informed by the public help workplace to go to family court and get temporary custody and then battle for sole custody. i know that eventually he would have to do this but in the suggest time we are hurting for money. his tattoo business has been sluggish &amp#038 i only get a paycheck as soon as a month from my job. i only make $ twelve/hr. that is not adequate for a family of four. i was questioning what actions i can consider to ease this situation. we also require to get a waiver for court charges b/c clearly we are extremely strapped for cash. if anyone been in a similiar situation i would adore some guidance make certain you. also i dont know how to get through to this lady. she does not treatment if her children are hungry or sporting clothing that are also little. she doesnt do Some thing for her children but is reaping the advantages of public help- she's a scam artist. make certain you assist me offer with this nightmare.

He specifications to get a better having to spend job or a 2nd job then, it is his duty to consider treatment of his children Irrespective of what "she" does.
If you had been not in the image what would he do?He should have attempted for custody a long time back again.Next you are teaching these children it is ok to have intercourse and shack up with a guy who will not marry you and does not consider treatment of his children but appears to the federal government to do it hon.
Chances are if welfare DOES assist they will tell him he can not have a reside in g/f and if he tends to make more than minimum wage, he won't get a lot assist.
