I don’t know the specific laws but it really is not recommended. You are still growing so the piercing will shift as you age. It’s really best to wait until you are 16 at least.

i got the same problem..but i’m turning 14.
i want my tongue pierced but my parents won’t allow me..lol..
i don’t know about halifax but in my town there are plenty of places where they can pierce u without parents’ permission :]

No, there is no reputable piercer that will pierce you. You have to wait until your 16 with parental consent. 18 without it.
