No. You’ll regret it when you’re 30 and trying to get a job…trust me….
If you get one, try somewhere where people won’t see…perhaps the tail.
ok are you sure you want to have a tattoo when your 36 taking your kids to soccer practice with your hair pulled back? and are you sure you want this on your body forever? your tastes will change in 2 years with your tattoo, i suggest you wait so you don’t regret the choice you’re making.
if you really want it!
sureee go for it
i would!
that one seems harmless enough as long as it’s small
but if you are wondering “should i still get it” then it’s not the time. since your dad does tattoos, i’m assuming you can get this tattoo later if you want. why don’t you wait until you’re sure? a tattoo is forever and it should mean something to you.
no..wait til you’re a bit older, you might regret it
Sure , only if you can hide it with your hair. I have no problems with tattoos and have a few myself, but i always get them somewhere that can be covered up. Unfortunatley not everyone is open to tattoos and could cost your job’s in the future. You are so young so please consider this.
i dont think you should get espically at 14 because your to young and you might think you want it now, but when you get older youll regret it.
I think you should wait a while until getting a tatoo.
don’t get it on your ear! if you rly rly want to, wait at least one more year and if you stillll rly want it then, then get it.
I wouldnt. But you got to do you.
Have you looked into the henna tattoos? I love getting mehndi done and keep it fresh.
If you’re brave enough. But if you’re still a little scared I would wait awhile.
I would wait. I’m only 19, and I’m so glad I didn’t get the tattoos I wanted when I was 14.
sure it cute and you only live once plus all your friends would think its cool. and for those who dont they are just hating on you cuz they cant do the same
When you get a job you will get denied by the employer and you will regret it. They won’t accept people into the job force.
I wouldn’t. Wait until you’re older and have figured out more of who you are. If you still want it at 18, then get it.
GIRL DO FAKE ONES
1.IT HURTS LIKE MAD 24/7
2.WHEN UR 90 DO YOU REALLY WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW YOU HAVE ONE
3.THAT DYE AND LED CAN GET INTO YOUR BLOODSTREM AND EFFECT YOU EXTREAMLY!
everything i loved when i was fourteen i think is so tacky and ugly now …and im only 19. i would say don’t do it untill you are at least 18 and you know that you want it. its not a place that is easy to cover for jobs and things. and i would say get something that has a lot of meaning to it
definatley not! i always say never get a tatoo anywhere if you can see it wearing a wedding dress
I’d say NO but its your choice if it’s small anuff shouldn’t be to bad i guess.
On your ear??? Ouch! And if your dad is a pro, why not get it from him if you’re going to get it? My personal feeling, if you want it, is that one should wait until adulthood for a tatoo, to be sure you’ll like it for the rest of your life. After all, most of don’t still like the same thing as adults that we’d choose at 14.
i got a tatoo and i wish that i never would of done it
i regret it
its the stupidits thing in the world
but if you really want one
which i dont recommend
stare at it before you put it on for a really long long time
and thats just to make sure you dont get tired of it !
good luck !
no. for one, you’re 14. by the time you hit 27 you’ll kick yourself for wanting one. tattoo removal is expensive and painful. you will regret trust me. good luck with your decision.
no too young wait a few years to make sure it’s what you wan’t I got quite a few tattoos when I was younger that I would not have if I were to have waited. I did ecently get a couple that I am very proud of. Waiting is better. Your Dad would tatto you at 14? Not sure that’s good parenting skills.
Cuteeeee I Want A Star On My Ring Finger. GO FOR ITTT
not on your ear!!!! you should only get it in a place where it will be easy to hide. I got one on my back. It sounds nice but you’ll want to be able to hide it sometimes.
No,no, no,…
I’ve just gotten my first at age 30ish. I’m still not sure that I’m old enough to make the decision. At fourteen, I carved the initials of some boy in my arm, still have a bit of a scar. Perhaps not thinking straight at that age. Don’t make these permanent decisions until you are at least 18…30 would be better!!
You’re not finished growing. Wait till your body finishes taking care of it’s business, then decorate it.
Also, from what I understand, no serious tattoo artist will ink a minor – it’s too risky for his/her business. I’d imagine that if your dad has a lot of tats then he’s got someone that he goes to, they might be willing to do it if they trust your father.
Ultimately, I say wait. Believe it or not but people grow and change A LOT between 14 and 25; it’s part of the natural aging process. You may find that you just don’t like stars that much…
that would be so unique, sounds lovely. ive got a few tatoos, 1 at the top of my arm of a cute devil with my boyfriends name above it, a rose on my ****** and 1 on the inside of my wrist which has my sons name.
Tattoos in a word………TRASHY.
If you are still interested in getting a tattoo, try going to a store that sells Halloween makeup; sometimes they sell temporary tattoo ink that washes off in several weeks. It may not be permanent, but you can always change the design yourself or wash it off without paying for the laser removal; which is not always covered under the medical insurances.
Tattoos are a personal and private thing, not to mention permanent.
Because of certain peoples prejudice against tattoos, I recommend getting it in a place you can reveal if you want to, not necesarrily the ear lobe, neckline, wrist, ankle, etc.. Besides, it’s private, you don’t need their judgement.
As for the design, make sure it’s something you really appreciate and want to spend the rest of your life with, after all, it’s for you.
And, definately, if your dad’s a tattoo artist/professional, have him do the work, it will probably be some of his best, after all, you are his little girl.
I do recommend waiting until you are 18, though, as our ideas and opinions tend to change drastically in our teens.
Right now, experiment with a variety of temp tattoos, as there is an endless variety and it can help you get a better idea of exactly what you want, like spacing and color.
Make sure you try to consider everything.
if you really truly want it. Is your dad a pro? dude seriously if he is, that’s awesome. Where do you live. I want one or 2 or 3..lol….really bad. & I’m 16. I even have my own artwork it’s pretty sweet. if you wanna contact me just e-mail me .
GOOD LUCK!
Where I work is fairly casual but no visible tattoos are allowed and we’ve not hired potentially great employees due to that. It ***** and it isn’t fair but there are people who will judge you for it and companies have to think of the customers first. You’re 14 and your taste will change so drastically over the years, I wouldn’t do it. I cringe at things I wore, did to my hair, etc. when i was 14.
I would wait at least another year to make sure u still want it, but if you cant at least put it somewhere where u can hide it, because it definently will come into play when trying to find a job. Also think of your wedding day ( i know its farther down the line) but do u really want wedding photos of u and a tattoo on your ear?
no way. You may like it now because your fourteen but later on you won’t. When your older you’ll probably want it gone. Its a mistake most people make. Don’t make the same mistake.
not the ear but like ur wrist or stomach would be cute
I’m hoping it won’t be a scratcher tattoo.
hey u answered my question so i’m here repaying the favor. i think this is an interesting question because i also started wanting a tattoo, and I say if you really want it, get it. and you haters who are here hating on her because of a tattoo need to get a life, getting a tattoo does not really affect job related issues. I work with 2 dudes who have tattoos and they don’t get any fuss about them. I thin tattoos are extremely **** on a girl, and NO these people are wrong there is nothing to be embarred about. Look at all the rockstars who have tatoos and they still look good example, Nikki Sixx, Vince Neil, Tommy Lee, tattoos are ****. Don’t pay attention to these haters here girl, if you want it, then get, it plus if you’re dad is cool with it yea. nice to meet you and later, rock out>>!
